OBS Studio treats Iriun like any other webcam, so adding your phone as a camera source takes only a moment once Iriun is running.
- Start Iriun first. Launch the desktop client and connect your phone so the feed is live before opening OBS.
- Add a source. In OBS, under Sources, click the plus and choose "Video Capture Device."
- Select Iriun. Name the source, then pick "Iriun Webcam" from the Device dropdown.
- Set resolution. Match the resolution to your phone's output for the cleanest image, and position the source on your canvas.
Tip: For multi-camera setups, Iriun can serve as a sharp face cam alongside a screen capture. Use USB if you're streaming for a long session to keep latency steady.
If Iriun doesn't appear in the device list, close and reopen OBS after starting the client — see the troubleshooting guide.
